GEISCO Advanced Polymer Components, Inc. (GAPC) is a US Approved US Government manufacturer of specialized products for a wide variety of industries, including Defense, Aerospace, Aircraft, Naval Vessel, UAV's, Military & Defense Components, Emergency Shelters for Disaster Relief and Eco Green products that enhances the efforts to create a sustainable environment. The company employs artificial intelligence (“AI/ML”) in developing its proprietary materials which are used in Polymer Injection Molding Systems.

GAPC will not sell a “standard” product and instead develops new materials that help our customers achieve their product vision. We combine various materials technologies using AI in innovative ways to create new advanced materials with unique properties. We apply our expertise in advanced textile composites, fibers, foams, films, coating, laminating, and surface treatments to develop custom engineered, high-performance flexible materials to help our partners solve hard problems unable to be solved using traditional methods. 

Artificial intelligence (AI/ML)-based methods continue to make inroads into accelerated materials design and development, including materials designs for storing, producing, and conserving energy, and those that can prepare us for a sustainable economy powered by recyclable and/or biodegradable polymers. AI/ML-powered workflows help to efficiently search the staggeringly large chemical and configurational space of materials, using modern machine-learning (AI/ML) algorithms to solve ‘‘forward’ and ‘inverse’ materials design problems. GAPC uses informatics-based design protocols that involve creating a set of application-specific target property criteria, building AI/ML model predictors for those relevant target properties, enumerating, or generating a tangible population of viable polymers, and selecting candidates that meet design recommendations.
